Boilers "DYNAMIC"
Boilers "DYNAMIC" are manufactured by LAKAL LTD. Plovdiv and are designed for heating buildings, residential areas, villas and production halls with heating surface up to 800 m using solid fuel chop wood or coal. They are designed for water heating installations with maximum working temperature of the water 90' C.
The combustion chamber has a rectangular shape, made of high "quality steel in compliance
with BDS EN 2592-71.The thickness of the internal steel shield is 5 mm and the external
one is 4 mm.
The combustion chamber has a significant volume which assures 8-9 hours
continues work,
The fire-grate is made of profile section /triangular/ and is cooled
down of the water more effective, which gives as result more heat exchange surface.The
exit flue pipes have ellipse shape and are disposed at the top of the combustion
chamber.
The combustion chamber allows better draught which leads to a harder congestion.
The effect is significant and it helps easily clean the soot. This guarantees efficiency
of 74-75%, The boiler has two doors in the front side which are specially designed.
The top one is big enough for filling with fuel. The down door is for cleaning of
the ash with an extra small door which is connected by a chain to a mechanical thermostat.
The last one controls and reduces the flow of fresh air for the burning process
and keeps the temperature of water steady, with less danger of overheating.
The boilers
"DYNAMIC" have insulated decorative covers with wadding 50mm and aluminium foil.
All
models of boilers are tested and certified according to the Bulgarian standard BDS
EN 45001. The tests are made in authorized laboratory TERMOLA Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria
with a written statement N:108/2000. They also own license for industrial design
N;6594/2002 from the Patent department of Republic of Bulgaria.
